Euroforge LTD – Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Euroforge LTD. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
All protective films, labels, and verification stickers must remain attached.
Any included fitting kits, manuals, or accessories must be returned. Missing fitting kits/manuals may incur a replacement charge.
We require your order ID and proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Items damaged or altered after delivery (unless due to our error) are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:
The product arrived damaged.
The wrong item was received.
The return is due to our error.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 working days.
If a refund is delayed, please first check with your bank/credit card provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as a standard service.
If your item is damaged or defective, please email sales@euroforge.co.uk with photos and your order details or fill out the [Returns Form] and we will get in touch with next steps.
How to Return an Item
Email sales@euroforge.co.uk or fill out the [Returns Form] to request a return authorisation.
Send your item to the address provided after authorisation
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
Important Notes
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
If an unauthorised or late return is received, you will need to arrange collection from us within 7 days
