Professional Installation Recommended This guide is a general reference only. Euroforge strongly recommends professional installation by a qualified bodywork or performance specialist. If you are unsure at any stage, stop and consult a professional.
01

Confirm Fitment

Hold the new grille up to the front bumper aperture to confirm it fits correctly before starting. Check that the clips or tabs on the grille align with the factory housing positions and that the grille sits flush within the aperture.

NoteMost front grilles are a direct replacement for the factory grille — the fit should be obvious. If anything looks out of place, double-check you have the correct part for your vehicle model and year before proceeding.
02

Release & Remove the Original Grille

From the front of the vehicle, locate the clips or tabs securing the factory grille. These are typically accessed from inside the bumper aperture or from behind the bumper. Use a trim removal tool to gently release each clip without breaking it.

Note — Bumper RemovalIn most cases the bumper does not need to be removed. However, on certain vehicle models, one or more clips are located in a position that requires partial or full bumper removal to access. This is uncommon but vehicle-dependent — if clips are inaccessible from the front, consult a professional rather than forcing the grille out.
03

Clean the Grille Aperture

With the original grille removed, wipe down the aperture surround and clip housings with a damp cloth or isopropyl alcohol to remove any dust, grease, or debris. Clean clip housings ensure the new grille seats fully and prevents rattles.

NoteInspect the clip housings in the bumper for any damage from the original grille removal. Cracked or broken clip housings should be repaired or replaced before fitting the new grille to ensure a secure fit.
04

Clip New Grille Into Position

Align the new grille with the aperture and locate the clips or tabs with their corresponding positions in the bumper. Press firmly at each clip location — you should feel or hear each one click securely into place.

NoteWork from the centre outward to each corner. This helps the grille sit evenly and prevents one side from pulling the other out of position. Apply firm, direct pressure over each clip point rather than pressing the grille face broadly.
05

Final Check

Inspect the fitted grille from the front. It should sit completely flush within the aperture with no gaps at any edge. Gently press around the perimeter — there should be no flex, movement, or areas that feel unclipped.

NoteCheck the grille from a distance to confirm it sits level. Any visible tilt or gap at one side usually indicates a clip that hasn't fully engaged. Re-press that area firmly before driving. Re-inspect after the first drive as road vibration can reveal any clips that were not fully seated.
Legal & SafetyModifications to exterior body components may affect your insurance and should be declared to your insurer. Euroforge accepts no liability for damage arising from self-installation. Professional installation is always strongly recommended.
