Fitting Guides
Download or view the installation guide for each product category before you begin. Each guide covers the tools required, preparation steps, and a full fitting walkthrough.
These guides are provided for reference purposes only. Euroforge strongly recommends professional installation by a qualified bodywork or performance specialist for all products. Improper fitting can result in damage to your vehicle, injury, or loss of the part at speed. Euroforge accepts no liability for any damage, injury, or loss arising from self-installation. Always ensure your vehicle is safely supported before working on it, and consult a professional if you are unsure at any stage.
Front Splitter
AerodynamicsFull installation instructions for fitting a front splitter. Covers jacking requirements, mounting hardware, bracket alignment, and final checks. Suitable for all Euroforge front splitter kits.
3M tape is included as a positioning aid only — always secure the splitter using the provided fixings through the pre-drilled holes. Never rely on tape alone. Most kits require drilling through the bumper. A jack or ramp with axle stands is required; never work under a vehicle on a jack alone.
Spoiler / Lip
AerodynamicsStep-by-step guide for bonnet lip and boot spoiler fitting. Covers surface preparation, adhesive application, alignment, and curing times for a flush, secure finish.
3M tape alone is often insufficient for spoilers and lips at speed. Adhesive sealant along the full perimeter seam is strongly recommended for long-term retention. Allow at least 24 hours before driving and avoid power washing the seam for 72 hours after fitting.
Rear Diffuser
AerodynamicsInstallation guide for rear diffuser fitting. Covers jacking the vehicle, removing the existing rear valance, locating mounting points, and securing the diffuser for an OEM-quality result.
Most rear diffusers clip directly into the factory mounting points with no drilling required. Take a photo of the original clip positions before removal for easy reference. On some models, partial bumper removal may be needed to access all clips — check your specific vehicle beforehand.
Front Grilles
ExteriorReplacement grille fitting guide covering clip removal, new grille alignment, and securing. Most vehicles require no tools — a straightforward upgrade with a significant visual impact.
In most cases no tools are needed — release the factory clips and press the new grille firmly until each one seats. On certain models, clips are only accessible with the bumper partially removed. If your vehicle has parking sensors or a front camera mounted within the grille area, professional fitting is advised.
Side Skirts
Body KitComprehensive guide for side skirt installation. Covers sill preparation, bracket positioning, drilling requirements, and alignment to ensure an even gap and solid fit along the full length of the sill.
Skirts are handed — left and right are not interchangeable. A ramp or axle stands are required; a trolley jack alone is not safe. Two people are strongly recommended, particularly for longer kits. Apply adhesive sealant along the top edge seam and allow full cure before driving.
Exhaust Tips
ExhaustFitting guide for clamp-on and slide-on exhaust tip upgrades. Covers measuring the existing pipe diameter, positioning the tip for a centred look, and securing the clamp to the correct torque.
Always allow the exhaust to cool fully to ambient temperature before starting — a recently used system can cause serious burns. If the original tip is seized from corrosion, apply penetrating fluid and allow time to soak. Never force a stuck tip with a lever as this can damage the exhaust pipe.
