Align Spoiler & Confirm Fitment
Hold the spoiler or lip against the vehicle surface to confirm it sits flush and aligns correctly along its full length. Check that both ends are even and the part follows the body line with no gaps or twisting.
Clean & Dry Both Surfaces
Thoroughly clean both the vehicle surface and the back face of the spoiler using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a clean lint-free cloth. Work in one direction and allow to dry completely. Repeat with a second fresh cloth on both surfaces.
Apply 3M Tape & Heat to Activate
Apply the included 3M double-sided tape to the back face of the spoiler, only where the spoiler makes direct contact with the vehicle. Do not run tape over any unsupported or non-contact areas.
Once applied, use a heat gun or hair dryer on a medium setting to warm the tape for 30–60 seconds per strip, keeping the heat source moving at all times.
Fit Spoiler to Vehicle
Carefully offer the spoiler up to the vehicle and press it firmly into position. Apply sustained, firm pressure along the full length — work from the centre outwards and hold each section for at least 30 seconds.
Apply Adhesive Sealant
Apply a continuous bead of automotive-grade all-weather silicone sealant along the full perimeter seam where the spoiler meets the vehicle surface. Use a colour-matched or clear sealant. Smooth with a gloved finger and remove any excess cleanly.
Final Check
Inspect the full spoiler. It should sit completely flush with no gaps, no lifting at the ends, and no flex when gentle pressure is applied. The sealant line should be continuous with no breaks.
