We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Euroforge LTD. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.

Return Period
- —You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- —Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- —The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- —All protective films, labels, and verification stickers must remain attached.
- —Any included fitting kits, manuals, or accessories must be returned. Missing fitting kits or manuals may incur a replacement charge.
- —We require your order ID and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
- —Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- —Items damaged or altered after delivery (unless due to our error) are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:
- —The product arrived damaged.
- —The wrong item was received.
- —The return is due to our error.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
- —Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- —Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 working days.
- —If a refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.

Exchanges
- —We do not offer exchanges as a standard service.
- —If your item is damaged or defective, please email sales@euroforge.co.uk with photos and your order details, or fill out the Returns Form, and we will get in touch with next steps.

How to Return an Item
- 1 Email sales@euroforge.co.uk or fill out the Returns Form to request a return authorisation.
- 2 Send your item to the address provided after authorisation is confirmed.
- 3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

Important Notes
- —Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
- —If an unauthorised or late return is received, you will need to arrange collection from us within 7 days.
