These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Euroforge LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) and use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

Products
- 2.1We sell aftermarket automotive parts including but not limited to spoilers, splitters, side skirts, and exhaust tips. All products are standard production items unless otherwise stated.
- 2.2Some products may not be approved for public road use and may be intended for private or off-road use only.
- 2.3It is the customer’s responsibility to check local laws and regulations regarding use and installation.

Ordering & Payment
- 3.1We accept payment via debit/credit card and PayPal (as offered through Hostinger’s payment gateway).
- 3.2All prices are listed in GBP.
- 3.3No age restrictions apply to purchases.

Shipping & Delivery
- 4.1We ship to the UK & EU only.
- 4.2Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- 4.3Delivery time is usually 2–3 business days from dispatch but may arrive sooner depending on courier schedules.
- 4.4We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Returns & Refunds
- 5.1We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under our Returns Policy.
- 5.2Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

- The product arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The return is due to our error.

Warranty
- 6.1All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise on the product listing.
- 6.2The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — including structural faults, finish defects such as bubbling or peeling, and fitment inaccuracies present at the time of delivery.
- 6.3The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, external impact (e.g. stone chips, road debris, collisions), neglect, modification, or use outside of normal driving conditions.
- 6.4Custom or made-to-order products are excluded from the standard warranty unless a manufacturing defect can be demonstrated.
- 6.5Products must be inspected within 14 days of delivery. Visible damage or defects reported after this period may not be covered unless they are clearly attributable to a manufacturing fault.
- 6.6To make a warranty claim, contact us at euroforge.co.uk/contact with your order number and photographs of the defect. We will assess and respond within 5 working days.
- 6.7Professional installation is strongly recommended. Warranty claims arising from self-installation issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Liability Disclaimer
- 7.1We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- 7.2Fitment and use of aftermarket parts are at the customer’s own risk.
- 7.3Some products may affect vehicle warranties or road legality — the customer assumes full responsibility for compliance.

- 8.1All content, designs, images, and branding on our website are the intellectual property of Euroforge LTD.
- 8.2Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
- 8.3We reserve the right to take legal action against infringement.

- 10.1We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law
- 11.1These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- 11.2Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Account Registration & User Obligations
- 12.1Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
- 12.2Accurate information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details (including your email address) up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.
- 12.3Password & security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at sales@euroforge.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your account.
- 12.4One account per person. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only unless registered as a Trade Account. You must not create more than one personal account, or share, sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
- 12.5Prohibited conduct. You agree not to use your account to:
- Place fraudulent orders or misrepresent your identity.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from our site without express written permission.
- Violate any applicable UK or EU law or regulation.
- 12.6Suspension & termination. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, where we believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, activity appears fraudulent or abusive, or the account has been inactive for an extended period. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or fraud.
- 12.7Account data. The personal data collected during registration (name, email address, and purchase history) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
- 12.8Marketing communications (newsletter). If you opt in to our newsletter during registration, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Euroforge LTD, including new product announcements, exclusive offers, and build content. This consent is entirely voluntary and separate from your account agreement. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at sales@euroforge.co.uk. Unsubscribing will not affect your account or order communications.
- 12.9Account deletion. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at sales@euroforge.co.uk. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations (such as keeping records of completed transactions for tax and regulatory compliance).
- 12.10Acceptance at point of registration. By ticking the Terms & Conditions checkbox during account creation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Euroforge LTD under the laws of England and Wales.
